Where do your products come from?
A lot of the items are crafted in India, where the suppliers go on treasure hunts and find old furniture pieces and materials in differents conditions, which gets upcycled, restored, repaired or cleaned up.
Are the products sustainable?
Durable materials, recycling and upcycling are key words in how our suppliers work. They are always looking for recycled wood to use in the furniture production.
Not all of the products are made by recycled materials, they are however not made on assembly lines, but are partly machined and partly handmade.
Look for the "sustainable" tag on our products to find products only made by recycled materials.

What are the shipping options you offer?
Right now we use GLS, and are planning to have a varity of shipping solutions
When will my order ship?
Our supplier needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It will take 2-3 days for the order to be shipped.
Where do you ship to?
For the time being we ship to Denmark, Sweden and Germany. Please note delivery times will vary depending on location.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

What are the shipping costs?
The costs will vary depending on the shipping address, the type of shipping and the weight of the order. Place an item in your cart, go to check out, enter your delivering address and you will see the calculated shipping costs.

How do I create an account?
Go to the menu, select "log in", enter your e-mail and you will recieve a login code to set up your account.
How do I delete my account?
Please contact us if you wish to delete your account.
Payment
What payment solutions do you offer?
We offer VISA, Mastercard, Paypall, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I pay later, in installments, or with financing?
Unfortunatly it is not possible right now, but will be implemented in the store soon
